So today I decided to share with all of you these three homes that I found while searching for some ideas for an old friend of mine and helping him come up with some new and exciting ideas for his new home that he is custom building himself. I think many of you will enjoy the following homes as they are stunning examples of what we now call modern contemporary interior designs.

Here are the modern cliff house design with modern architecture with wonderful view. The H House located high on Salt Lake City’s East Bench on Devonshire. the contemporary cliff house design with expects to be admired from every angle before stepping inside, where a fantastic floor plan and modern furniture create a comfortable place. Designed to sustain a modern lifestyle, the H-House features 4,100 square feet of modern living spaces, divided into three floors, each with their own charm. One of the challenges of this project was to allow for the views to the west, while protecting the house from the afternoon sun. A large overhanging shading device provides shade and gives a distinctive character to the house. The volumes of the house follow the slope of the terrain and reinforce the integration of the house into its environment. The cliff house design by Axis Architects. Here are the beautiful wooden house surrounding in Cortes Islands, The side of the driveway, sits on the rock and consists of solid concrete visual forms that create the input space and anchor the house to the site. At the entrance, you reach the large central room, which includes room and kitchen, all with panoramic views of the line beyond. The main room opens onto a south facing terrace outside for a wide 11 feet high by 24ft wide custom sliding door. This great room is flanked by a number of guests and the studio to the west and a master suite that captures sunlight in the morning from the east. the cortes residence is sited on a granite cliff face that serves as a wind break for Cortes Bay and the Seattle and Vancouver yacht clubs. the house structure is embedded into the bedrock with cross braced steel columns and exposed floor beams allowing the house to cantilever gracefully off the hillside. this house design by Balance Associates, Now, look the modern wooden house in Cortes islands picture below:
