A little red house and a fun house...
Following are two homes which I had to share.. While neither are really my favorites the designs definitely stick out and are definitely worth the look at considering they are unique but for sure not my style..
Enjoy the pics and post...
Little Red House (not on the Prairie)
The home belongs to David and Jodi Sarti. David actually designed the 1,100 sq. ft. house himself and made every inch useful. The bathroom doubles as the laundry room and the kitchen, dining room and "bar" are all the same room as well. With rolling furniture. The home sits on one half of a lot.In red, it really stands out.
Love the concrete floors and high window.
The kitchen and dining area with the "bar" under the stairs. I have always loved the idea of making good use of the space under the stairs. And, notice the table on wheels. David put wheels on the table and uses fold up chairs so that they are easy to move to make more room when needed. Brilliant!
The bar/island/storage box made by David. On wheels too.
The office upstairs with a great big window for nice outside views and lots of natural light.
And the bathroom/laundry room.
Complete with a nice patio space and rolling planters! : )
Fabulous London Home!
I love the clean design and easy furniture pieces. Plus they seem to have a thing for alternating the colors of the chairs. Interesting. And the backyard is FANTASTIC! This HUGE opening to the backyard is awesome!!!
The dining area is so lovely. Such simple furniture and I love how they alternate the chairs with clear and white. And their little office area is tucked neatly in the corner.
I love the hanging chair. The sofas are simple and again, they alternate colors.
The dining room complete with a well stocked bar! And, more color alternating!!
The kitchen is so white and bright! I love it!
There's a peek of the fabu backyard.
So in love! The pool is gorgeous, all the lush greenery and they have so much seating! LOVE!
It's such a great outdoor space for entertaining!
