I miss looking at them.Dressing up walls is one of my favorite moments on styling a home. Here's a few inspiration pictures I've found online. I like the clean aesthetics which give that serenity I like to feel in a bedroom. A collage framed. Interesting, isn't it?A good solution when we don't...

Banana Crumble Muffins
I hate to throw away bananas, but I refuse to eat them if they have the littlest spot of brown on them (I prefer my bananas to be GREEN!). I gave this muffin recipe a try today and I am in love. The crumble adds an entirely new taste to your typical banana bread. Enjoy :) Ingredients:1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt3 bananas, mashed3/4 cup white sugar1 egg, lightly beaten1/3 cup butter,...

I took some extra burlap and decided to wrap up the wedding date signs that I had made earlier. Using my Cricut, I added a tag from wood inspired paper and tied it all together with twine. I thought they turned out adorable so I thought I would sha...

shells!

Shells are great ways to bring the beach and summer into your house. They are also great accessories to bring neutral colours to rooms and an overall mellow feel. In this picture, shells are used to decorate the chandelier. Though we think that in small amounts sea shells would look nice on this light fixture, the complete coverage looks overdone. We think that it looks awkward and even a little corroded. This room does look good with shells...

Important Date!
I have always wanted to create a "Family Rules" sign like I saw on the blog "Between You and Me". I still want to create my own family rules sign, but in the meantime, I used the same process to create some wedding gifts for some friends. I love the way they turned out so much that I am going to make one for Nate and I!Here is how I did it....Step 1: Take a board or wood canvas (I was able to find this premade wood canvas at Michaels) and stain it...
